Similarly we operate in strict compliance with the stipulations of the Children Act and other family legislation.
Process Servers Liverpool intend to provide the most effective process server facilities, in that we undertake to make endeavours to effect service of all Injunctions, Non-molestation Orders and Children Act matters within 24 hours of receipt of the documents, generally we would expect to receive these documents by email. In all other instances Process Servers Liverpool will ensure that our process servers will carry out the service of documents, and within 14 days, respond to clients in the form of a Certificate, Statement or Affidavit of Service.
As we have a high reputation to maintain with the Courts in Liverpool, Merseyside, and indeed nationally, our assigned process server will produce proof of service, whether that be by Affidavit of Service, or Certificate or Statement of Service, and it is completed by the process server with particular care. Consequently our process servers proof of service are accepted by the Courts without query or question; this standard is one our process servers are required to uphold.
It is due to the standard of professionalism we demand from every process server in our team at the outset, that it is a relatively simple matter to maintain an exemplary standard of work at all times.

We are mindful that personal service by our process server is not always possible and before effecting Substituted Service of particular documents the process server will always seek the consent of the client or their solicitor before effecting Substituted Service of a particular document.
